Co-founder, Sachin Shetty leads Medical Software Solutions, Inc.’s various strategic initiatives. He also serves as President of Annapath, Inc., one of the largest privately-held independent anatomic pathology laboratories in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining Annapath, Sachin worked in asset-based lending at M&T Bank where he analyzed and underwrote deals across several industries. This experience piqued his interest in working with struggling companies to help them find their way back to solvency and success. This experience ultimately led Sachin to his decision to acquire Annapath.
Before his tenure at M&T Bank, Sachin was the Marketing Manager for the Energy Services Division at Honeywell International. He began his career at M&E Sales, Inc., where he held various positions ranging from Energy Engineer to Head of the Energy Performance Contracting Group. The group’s success in quadrupling M&E Sales’ revenues led to the company’s acquisition by Honeywell.
Sachin earned an MBA with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Computer Integrated Mechanical Engineering Systems from Temple University, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay. He resides in New York City.
Paresh is the President and Co-founder of Medical Software Solutions, Inc. (MSS). Prior to co-founding MSS in 2012, he worked in the Healthcare Insurance Industry for more than 11 years. During this time, he developed extensive experience in data analysis, Insurance Rating process, and managing information system development and delivery. He led several initiatives at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) implementing the Affordable Care Act.
Paresh has worked closely with actuaries, marketing and enterprise information technology services personnel to oversee the success of the insurance rating and risk assessment processes for various insurance product offerings. His vision of isolating claim analysis led to the creation of a robust and reliable solution for calculating healthcare plan premiums.
Additionally, Paresh led several corporate initiatives to automate actuarial and marketing processes to efficiently deliver group quotes and enrollment paperwork to independent businesses interested in purchasing affordable health insurance for their employees.
Paresh began his career as a software developer with American Airlines. He led the effort to bring air, car, and hotel bookings directly to end customers by providing a web platform to interact with various legacy booking systems.
Paresh earned his MS in Computer Science from Temple University and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Dallas.
National Sales Director, Brad Alexander possesses more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience. He has a revenue cycle and HIM services, technology, and education background that improves financial performance within a hospital and health system. Brad strives to always maintain a customer-oriented sales philosophy in competitive markets by focusing on their success and not the sale.
Prior to MSS, Brad worked at NTT Data as a Revenue Cycle Sales Director. Before that, for over ten years, Brad held various positions in the healthcare sector with companies such as nThrive, Conifer, and Allscripts spanning an 11-state geography.
Brad is a member of the HFMA, HBMA and the MGMA. He holds an Epic Certification and double major in Biology and Computer Science from Presbyterian College.
